    Feel free to submit my contact form. I will get back you so we can review project details and make sure we are a good fit (ensuring my skills and services are a good match for your project). After I assess the scope of your project, I will send an estimate + project agreement covering all project details including: ➤ Creative brief (overview) ➤ Deliverables + pricing ➤Timelines ➤Terms of service including # revisions, etc. If you agree to the estimate + terms of service, we can begin working together. I will ask you to submit a design survey so that we can start the concept phase. I will follow up to make sure I am understanding your vision before beginning concepts. ➤ Signed agreement + deposit ➤ Client answers design survey (either online, or in person) ➤ Meet to review and clarify design vision ➤ Concept stage ➤ Concepts submitted, review for changes ➤ Finalize concepts ➤ Deliverables to client
  • What type of information do you need for my project?
    If you don't have one already, we will want to develop a creative brief to outline the strategy of your project. Depending on your project, the brief may be simple or more detailed, but will help create clarity: ➤Project purpose (what problem is your product or service trying to solve?) ➤Goals ➤Tone of voice/messaging ➤Target audience ➤Project specifications + deliverables ➤Deadline + budget I have created design questionnaires to help me better understand and organize your project goals.   • What is the design process?
    The design process involves research, concept development, fine-tuning and delivering a print-ready file.
  • How long will my project take?
    We will agree upon a timeline, and I will outline this in your estimate + proposal. Generally, I require 4-6 weeks for most projects. Time spent will depend on the scope of specifications of the job. That said, I realize we are in the age of instant fulfillment, so let me know if you need something sooner.
  • How do you bill for projects?
    I bill a flat rate per project. I require 1/2 to start and 1/2 upon completion.
  • How many concepts will I receive?
    In my experience, offering (1-2) concepts allows focus on the strongest concept.
  • What file formats can I expect?
    For logos: vector files (EPS), + high resolution JPG, TIFF or PNG For print: high resolution PDF, JPG or TIFF Digital: high resolution PNG. or JPG
  • What is a style guide?
    A style guide offers direction or standards for how your logo and branding are applied to ensure consistency within the brand.
  • What is branding and why is it important?
    A branding package is a collection (logo, color palette, typography) of digital (e.g. website), printed (e.g. business card), or physical resources (e.g., signage, collateral items) used to create a uniform image of a brand. It consists of separate branded items united with the same style and ideas. Your brand is your signature and communicates your main message to clients.
